It has cool and twirl factor going for it. My 3 year olds favorite. Great with a sweater cardigan, or even a blouse underneath. If she insists on wearing it into the winter, it looks great with a turtleneck and leggings underneath. Elastic back for great fit. All fabrics, smocking plates are available for this dress. Depending on size will embroideries/appliqués, monograms work on the front of this dress.

Piping, Buttons, Ruffles can or not be in contrasting fabrics.

Dress Bottom: A medium ruffle can be added just on the bottom or on the 3 skirt tiers. Piping, ric-rac or ribbon could also be added to the skirt tiers.
